I have an August Gen4 (Wifi) lock that’s been set up with HA for about a year. I noticed lately that the lock battery level is “stuck” at 30%. I don’t know if it’s the lock (firmware or a hardware issue with my lock) or the integration no longer reporting, or something to do with my rechargeable batteries.
It started on Sept 13, but since that was a month and a half ago, I don’t remember any updates I made then, so I thought I would ask if anyone else with this lock is seeing a stuck battery level or is it just me?
I get battery warnings from the app as usual and I’ve replaced the batteries a couple of times (I’m using LiFePO4 rechargeables) and the lock still works fine, just the battery level in HA never changes anymore.
