I have lights configured in two groups in separate areas. I have not configured any Favorites in the Overview dashboard. However bunch of cards appear in Favorites - two cards for my light groups plus cards for most, but not all individual lights. Is this a bug? I’m running Core 2026.3.2.
No, the section will be auto-populated with up to 8 entities, based on use. How that “use” is calculated, isn’t super clear, so you may see some weird stuff pop up.
If you want to control everything that is visible in Favorites, you have to select 8 or more entities. If you select less than 8, the remainder will be auto-populated.
