I think the Snapshots function should have a scheduler and way to automate it. We should be able to select one or any combination of days of the week, bi-weekly, once a month, and (maybe most importantly) just prior to updating either HA Core (front end) or the HassOS system. Snapshots work great and I’ve restored from them multiple times on both a Pi and VM, but it just seems really cumbersome and somewhat ironic that something as simple and important as backups still have to be manually done on a home automation system.

There are also two community packages (Google drive and Dropbox) which can do this and even upload automatically.
