Not sure when this started, but when I attempt to modify or create a new automation, clicking the add action and selecting anything now says, “Failed to load target items for”. Triggers functions as expected.
Booting into safe, does not reproduce this issue, everything functions as expected. So, it is clearly related to a custom integrations or community frontend module.
Is there a quick way to determine which one maybe causing this?

Disable half your custom integrations & restart. If the error is still there, the issue is in the 50% you didn’t disable. If it’s gone, it’s in the 50% that you did.
Repeat the process until you are down to 2 integrations & you’ll find the culprit
Thanks for the reply. I ended up using Claude and it pinpointed the exact integration. Once I removed it, all was good.
At the very least post which integration caused this in your solution. Others might have your same issue in the future & still have no clue what caused it.
