Automation after system reload

Hi,

Does any of the home assistant users know how to trigger automation after reloading the system configuration (quick reload)? Not after system restart!

Most likely you have a few sensors that all go unavailable at the same time.
Maybe that could be a trigger?
But I guess that could trigger at restart too.
