Avatto GW70-Ti Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle - use as "router"

I bought a Avatto GW70-Ti Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Amazon.com: AVATTO Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle,CC2652P Chip, Zigbee Coordinator/Router for Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, ZHA : Electronics (with a TI CC2652P chip inside) hoping to use it as a Zigbee router (repeater) in a Home Assistant setup.

I was able to program it with the Z-Stack “router” firmware without taking the case apart using BOTH the Sonoff web flasher and the SMLIGHT web flasher. The SMLIGHT web flasher produced a log file. Is there a way to attach text files to these posts?

From the last lines of the log it looks like the CC2652P chip was successfully erased, programmed and serial port closed.

The Z-Stack documentation says the CC2652P will go into pairing mode after flashing.

After putting the existing Sonoff ZBDongle-P (with TI CC2652P chip) Zigbee coordinator into pairing mode, the Avatto GW70-Ti (CC2652P chip) has NOT shown up in the Home Assistant list of Zigbee devices.

Has anyone else attempted this?
Do I need to press any of the PCB buttons on the PCB to put the CC2652P chip into pairing mode?

I also tried this web flasher https://mt.xyzroe.cc and it worked too.
It allows you to read device into and what firmware is in it.
It all looks good.

I reprogrammed it with the XZG Mult-tool and it appeared successful.
