"AVM FRITZ!Box Tools" component needs "UPnP" to be on, why?

I’m wondering why i need to active “UPnP” on my FritzBox for AVM FRITZ!Box Tools - Home Assistant ?

I never want ports to be opened automatically by Home Assistant or any other services.

But the FritzBox integration is not useable, without a activated “UPnP” :frowning:

I miss more information about this on: AVM FRITZ!Box Tools - Home Assistant
The only information there is that you have to enable UPnP.
