"Aw, Snap"! (error 64000) only with HA, anyone else get this?

My RPi kiosk (using chromium) with HA keeps giving me this error.
This happens only when I try to open the HA webUI, not with any other device on my network…

Anyone else experiencing this and/or knows what is causing this (and/or knows the solution).
This started happening after updating the RPi
FYI: I’m only using this browser because of it’s possibilities to use it in kiosk mode

Yes, I just saw the same thing on a fresh installation of Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) Bookworm on an old Pi 3B+ with touchscreen that I am planning to use as a HA kiosk.

After installing all updates, I opened Chromium, pointed it to my HA installation (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8123), and saw this error. The web page loads fine with Firefox on the same device.

Anyone else have this issue? Has something changed in Chromium recently?

I have this problem also. Raspberry Pi 3B, OS Lite (64-bit) Bookworm.

Sounds like it’s only affecting Raspberry Pi OS and Chromium, and perhaps only recently? I only set mine up for the first time today, but it seems a crazy cooincidence I can’t find much else on this issue other than this very recent forum post!

It’s definitely to do with Chromium but there are not many alternatives to a browser that can run in kiosk mode…

I guess it has to do with Chromium version since I didn’t have this before and I’m running this setup for quite some time.

Same issue here - pi 3b bookworm. There was some recent chromium update this year that is causing this. Rolled back to an old chromium version using pi-apps and it seems to be much more reliable
