I would like to see a HA System backup location for Syncthing.
Syncthing is not a backup or a “destination” to write files, but you can run it as an addon (here or here).
The first addon provides access to the backup folder, but the addon hasn’t been changed for 4 years.
The second addon doesn’t specifically state it has provided access to the backup folder (edit: one of the tags says it does), but it was only created 8 months ago, and had an update 3 months ago - so it would probably be using a newer version of syncthing than the first.

I do agree that Syncthings main purpose is to synchronize, not backup. However, if you have multiple Syncthing endpoints up and running it would be great if those can be added. I understand it’s not a mountable file storage that you can write a file to, but the implementation of simply selecting a Syncthing instance to “share” local backup files with could go as a “backup destination” in HA.
I’m not interested as running it as an add-on if not maintained well enough.
