I have a badge that shows me a count of all lights that are On. And I have a card that shows me a list of the lights that are On. I would like to when I tap the badge, I have a popup with the card that lists all the lights that are On. Is that possible?

if you have some experience with yaml mode, you can create your own popup with your current light card
I don’t know if this is a Feature request or not. You should search for it in the frontend Feature Request page and if it’s not one, add it.

Thanks guys for the info. I thoght it would’ve been something that existed already 
I played around with the Popup feature of Card-Mod and found it to be sketchy at best. Sometimes it would not popup on mobile devices and sometimes it just wouldn’t work at all. Eventually I just deleted card-mod as this was the only reason I installed it.
It would seem that a built in card would be pretty easy to create, since its just a derivative of the more-info popup with the ability add custom text, buttons or entities.
What is a “Popup feature of Card-Mod”?
There is no such a feature.
Perhaps you tried to use card-mod with some popup.
