Battery Control @grid connection point

Hi folks,

As far as I know, there’s an Energy Management System for Home Assistant called EMHASS. However, as I understand it, this system is mainly used for calculating when deferrable loads should be used and when the battery should be charged or discharged. The direct control of the battery storage is not included.

Normally, you have to control the battery power every second to ensure that there’s no power flow at the grid connection point.

Is there anything in Home Assistant that already supports this kind of control?

Are you trying to decide on hardware?
What country are you in?
HA can connect to thousands of devices and do more than that things…

This is a bit like asking I have a steep hill on my driveway, will a car get me up the hill in the winter?
