I just changed the battery from a Philips HUE Remote Control (RWL021).
The battery (CR2450) was sealed and after unpacking my measure device also says good.
Home Assistant only says 3%
Can someone explain that?

It will probably correct itself if you leave it for a few hours. I have several of those and they seem to sleep most of the time, only “checking in” at wide intervals - battery level seems to be reported every three hours or so. You’d expect it to be reported when the switch is pressed, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
You also have to take into account that battery level reporting is always a bit hit and miss - batteries are chemical devices that can’t be represented easily in percentages.
How is it connected to HA?
The Hue intergration, Z2M or ZHA…
