It looks like a ACL issue
You may need to set UID and GID to 0:0 with some servers
I have already searched several forums, but unfortunately have not found a solution yet.
I have installed paperless-ngx on HomeAssistant.
The consume and media folder on share/paperless are successfully on a smb-share.
When I add files via the web interface, the data is successfully processed and appears in the media folder
Now my problem:
When I copy the files into the consume folder nothing happens. I already know that I have to add
ā#PAPERLESS_CONSUMER_POLLING=10ā into the paperless.config. Where I can find this file?
In addon_configs/cc0815_g17_paperless-ngx I only able to find paperless.config.example and when I add the row above this not work.
Does anyone know where I can find the correct file?
How do you manually add these permissions? Iām running into the [django.request] Forbidden: /api/ui_settings/ error
Hello @BenoitAnastay,
I was trying to access the config file to add a WebDAV address as inbox.
But i cannot find the file in the folder Addons_config.
Is there another possible location for the config files to be?
I have already tried reinstalling the addon and restarting Home assistant.
Thereās only exemple file in the folder, you need to rename it the first time.
It avoid its replacement when the add-on is updated
After update to 2025.11.0 I canāt connect anymore to Paperless-ngx.
502: Bad gateway
The add-on seems to not be ready, it might still be starting. Do you want to try again? ![]()
Update for 2025.11.0 installed.
Works again and best, without login.
Thanks
