Sorry, but I can’t find the sensor that should switch to “triggered”.
I have the sensor alarm_control_panel.centrale_absoluta_globale, which was “armed with custom bypass”, then the alarm was triggered due to tamper, but the sensor state didn’t change.
Am I doing something wrong?
alarm_control_panel.centrale_absoluta_globale will turn to triggered when the alarm is running. The reason it didn’t happen to you is because bentel was in fault mode and not in triggered mode.
Right now both me and @Vexx02 are quite busy, but in the next updates we will fix some of the issues that rose in these first weeks of testing. I’ll try to make the fault state of the alarm to appear in HA too.

Hi, I’ve been using it and so far it’s working alright, sometimes when using the bentel app I loose connection and I sometimes need to restart the integration otherwise I won’t get connection again, I always get status unknown for the sensors.
I’m using the AMD64 image, would it be possible to also provide an arm64 image? That way it’s easier to integrate with my server.

The sabotaging warning is always on errore status, I clear the warming on home assistant but one or so hours later it moves back to errore!

With one control panel I manage two different apartments with two different alarm PINs. Obviously, in the configuration file, depending on which PIN I enter, I only see one group of sensors. How can this situation be managed?

I’d like some advice. I have a Bentel Absoluta 16 with a radio receiver for window/door sensors.
The ADD-ONE reads the sensors and even lets me disable them, but unfortunately it doesn’t read the open/closed status (it always shows them as closed). Basically, it’s as if the control panel isn’t transmitting data to Home Assistant.
I should point out that all window/balcony sensors are in a Perimeter area (with delayed arming).
I’d like to know if I need to make any changes to BOSS to resolve the issue (I’m not sure if I need to adjust the IP settings in the BOSS software).

The integration discovered the sensors, but it does not show their status, whether or not it detects movement. Or is the integration not ready for this yet? Does it only work when the alarm is activated?

Hi, I installed everything and it read the various sensors and partial settings on MQTT, but I can’t control the disarming and arming. Do I need to install MQQT Alarm Control?
I solved the previous problem by setting the “log level” to SEVERE, and it works fine, but doing some tests I found that when the burglar alarm goes off, the area that went off alarm remains flagged as alarmed until I reset the alarm on the keypad.
