Best practice for children's screen time limits? AppleTV / Ubiquiti

I’m trying to set up a time limit on YouTube for my eight year old. X minutes of YouTube per week. He uses two Apple TVs which are connected to Home Assistant and I can see that the integration lets me control YouTube specifically. We also have a Ubquiti network that allows me to block specific MAC addresses.

Ideally there’d be some kind of mechanism that allows us to disable or extend the time. Has anyone here tried that before?
