Best way to show electrical junction boxes

Hi,
Recently I have added Sonoff and Shelly relays into my apartment. As they did not find behind wall switches, I inserted them into junction boxes which are underneath the wall.
To have a clearer overview of how are the electrical connections in my home I have been thinking of creating junction boxes schematics. The idea is to paste a NFC tag behind the box lid and that it redirects through Home Assistant App into the schematic.
I have a predesigned template in Photoshop to customize it on each box, following the cable connections they are inside (this is still pending). Depending on each specific box, I would like to show more or less holes (the black part). This box template have different layers in Photoshop.

I would like to find a way in which I can introduce this image with layers and be able to hide or show some layers depending on the case, maybe with css. It would also be nice to click on a connection which redirects me to the next box in the circuit, so kind of an html. Would that be possible with Home Assistant? If not, how could I simply link a NFC tag to an image? Thanks.
Daniel
