I got this network and it´s kind of slow to respond. (notice that I just restared the HA). Should I bind? or reconfigure the network using “add device via …”
I don’t think it makes any difference how you add a device, it will change its connections to find the best position in the network. It’s just that it’s sometimes easier to make the initial connection via a nearby router rather than the coordinator.
Binding two devices - say a light and a battery-powered switch - will get you a faster connection, and it has the additional advantage that the switch will still work without HA. It’s only really practical with switches, though.
In your map you have several red routers - that often means you haven’t got enough of them to cope with the structure or layout of the building.
And before you tell us how close they are… 
Distance isn’t the issue, so much as the density of the mesh. Messages need to have lots of different routes available to them.
