Black screen after home selection in ha app android (latest webView, and android ver.)

Hi, after selecting home in ha on android I have a black screen and nothing loads. I can’t get to ha through the browser on my phone either. I have the latest version of webview downloaded from the play store.
Samsung S23+ Android 14.
I have the same thing on a tablet from Lenovo. Ha from the computer works without a problem. I tried installing webView beta versions, same with ha beta app, nothing helps.

Do you get a pop-up after waiting 10 seconds?

I don’t get any pop-up, as I wrote black screen, and in the browser it loads endlessly.

thats probably the issue, try booting into safe mode adn see if teh issue is solved. There is probably a custom card taht needs to be updated or removed causing the issue

I have a steam deck at home, which is based on Linux, I tried to connect to ha from its level through firefox and it also did not load. Maybe the problem is the wifi connection? I have a mikrotik router, maybe it is causing the problem? I have my computer connected via cable, as well as the raspberry pi 4 on which the home assistant is and on the computer it works.

I don’t believe it, ha on lan has an address of 192.168.88.35, I still connected it to wifi and after wifi it got an address of 192.168.88.36. After typing this address on the phone, a login window popped up for me. I succeeded in logging in, I can even access the app settings now. Unfortunately, now I wait about 10s after which I get a message “cannot connect to home assistant” with options “ settings, refresh public url and wait”.

Does the popup give any extra info? if not click on settings then troubleshooting then show and share logs, at the bottom you should see an error with the ip.

I found a partial solution to the problem, I can access the application from my phone and use it normally, but only as the raspberry pi with ha is connected to the router over wifi, if it is over cable I still have a black screen and nothing happens.

you have a different ip on wifi compared to LAN thats probably the issue?

Yes I know, on lan I have 192.168.88.35 and on wifi I have 192.168.88.36.
I connect by ip address, and it works as I wrote earlier.
