In the guide it say it has support for this remote

This are the main stuff but we have a bellman symfon system for my girlfriend
https://bellman.com/
I want a device that can receive 866 mhz signal and record them so home assistant can get signal when a device are activate and also send a signal to the devices if doorbell ring or something diffrent happen and need to send a signal

Correct, the RFXCOM is old but constantly updated. The RFXtrx433 was released in 2012. In May 2014 the RFXtrx433E was release to enable support for Somfy RTS. The current RFXtrx433XL with double size memory was released in 2018. This type makes it possible to support more protocols in one RFXtrx433XL. Firmware is constantly updated with new protocols, for example soon a firmware with OZ-Roll support will be released.

Okay thx for the input.
but I also want a device that take 866 but it maybe need to diffrent device
