Bluetooth speaker in HA

Hello Team,

This probably was asked a lot of times, but I can't find the answer.

So I have an older bluetooth speaker (samsung level box mini), which sounds nice.
It has this feature, that if you don't use it, it goes to sleep, and when you play music or something, it will wake up and work.
Unline JBL, you don't have to turn it on or off all the time.

My idea would be, to plug this in a socket with USB to have it powered all the time, and connect it to my HA system.
When I ask Nabu or Google or something to play music on this speaker, (via constant Bluetooth connection I guess), it would push the music there and the speaker should work, as it's always on with sleep mode.

Is something like this possible in 2026?
Right now, I don't want to buy expensive smart home speakers. This one would work just fine for slight morning music in the kitchen.

Try this with Music Assistant. I have no idea if it will work as I have never tried it.

I have tried Arh's suggestion and the combination of the Music Assistant App (formerly known as Add-on) and Integration along with the Sendspin App work great with Bluetooth. I have some pretty old Bluetooth speakers that I've made useful again with this combination.
