At 20cm from sensor to ESP would you use a twisted pair?

Who hasn't had some fun trying to get one of these to give an accurate temp?

My experience can be summed up as: "A person with one temperature sensor knows what the temperature is. A person with two, does not."

I found this to have been my initial thoughts.
