Bogus Z-Wave node

I have suspicious node in my z-wave network that was not added by me and is not visible in the Z-Wave panel, yet it is present on the neighbours list. There is nothing about this node in my Z-Wave log.
My network is secured:
2018-10-18 08:43:53.154 Always, OpenZwave Version 1.4.3142 Starting Up
2018-10-18 08:44:02.303 Info, Setting Up Provided Network Key for Secure Communications

Where is this node (Node 19) coming from ? How to remove it ?

Does node 19 show up in your OZW_Log.txt ?

No. The node is not present in ozw logs.

but your nodes are reporting it as a neighbor? have you tried a heal network?

Yes. This neighbor does not get removed. I’ve tried all the actions in zwave panel except reset network.
