Booting error : Cannot connect to the docker daemon

Hello,
I wanted to put my home assistant OS on an sdd instead of the sd card. I followed a tutorial, everything worked until I started the raspberry with the ssd. Home assistant starts to boot but the error “Cannot connect to the docker daemon at…” appears.

Do you have a solution for this problem?

What "everything " worked. Did you install fresh, test that, and only after restore backup It broke? Need details.
