Brightness slider minimum

I have a couple of KNX lights with dimmer sliders. They work fine but the drivers have a minimum they can dim down to.
This means that in HA the left half of the slider actually does nothing.
Is there a way to alter the scale of the slider so that the left side is actually the minimum level of the driver and not 0?

I’m not sure if this is knx integration related or not.

Done right, it’d require an extension of the light integration to support a minimum attribute, and of the Lovelace light card to support that.

Both are possible, if somebody has the skills to do it (I don’t).

Brightness slider minimum scale setting

Some drivers (led) are unable to dim down below certain levels. In home assistant , when setting brightness, this means the first portion of the slider does nothing actually. It would be handy to have a per entity setting of what the minimum brightness value is so the slider scale would adapt to this.

I voted for this as well. I have a LED that goes on at about 23% and would really like an option where I can set the minimum brightness and still have a 0-100% scale. Would also be lovely for homebridge, as a setting like this woul probably copy it.
