Broadlink Mini showing as 'Restored' in entity list

Hi All,
I hope someone will be able to point out what I am doing wrong. I am new to Home Assistant and I am trying to add my Broadlink Mini to Home assistant to turn on and off my PC monitors (2X32" Samsung TV’s).

I have set the broadlink up using the ‘IHC For EU’ app on my android phone and I am able to control the TV’s without issue.

I followed the instructions from DrZzs youtube video however without success.
I have used the broadlink Manager and I have grabbed the Base64 data and when I test using the Broadlink Manager it works great.

However When I try adding the Base64 code into my configuration.yaml file I kept getting errors. I have now managed to resolve it (no idea how). Now in the entity list it is showing as ‘Restored’ and I am unsure on what the issue is. I have not seen any errors in the HA logs.

I also cannot see any other entity or device which I can use linked to the Broadlink.

I found a couple of links which I have tried but has not seemed to work.

I can ping the IP address fine on my computer. When I try to use Broadlink Manager, I get the following error too. ``` Found device : Unknown [192.168.1.19] Writing compatible device not detected! ``` I'm not sure if it's related. It's possible that the version of RM Mini 3 I have maybe slightly different to most, because I bought mine from Taobao, so the labelling on the bottom of it is in Chinese, while most of the ones I see on YouTube have English labelling. However, I'm not sure whether there is a way to fix it.
