Broadlink RM4 Pro unsupported device

Hi,

i try to add my Broadlink RM4 Pro to Home Assistant (0.118.4).

Within integration page “unsupported device” is displayed.

I added the RM4 Pro with the Broadlink App to my WiFi. The the setup within the app was stopped after adding RM4 Pro to a room.

Check the device settings for the RM4 Pro in the Broadlink app. You might see a switch that “locks” the device so that it can’t be seen on the LAN. Unlock it, and all should be well.

hello me too have same problem iopen locks from Broadlink app. and again say me [unsupported device]

pls help me

Yo también estoy en la misma situación,al integrar poniendo su ip,el resultado es dispositivo no compatible

Hi. I need the PID to add support for your devices in the library. It’s the hexadecimal value in the error message.

I have installed the patch-23 and rebooted (again this morning) and I am still unable to add my Broadlink RM4 Pro.
