For the second time I have a broken SD card in my raspberry. At the moment, I can’t really express my feelings in a way that does not require censorship…
So, at least this time I have my last config and my self written integrations.
Now my question: as I can at least mount the filesystems and can access some of the files, could somebody please tell me where the automatic backupfiles are stored? And/or: does somebody know how the configuration of the GUI is stored? Is it a file or a database? Is there a way to get to it?
Thank you!

And this might help after you recover: SD Card Reliability.
The /config folder along with its hidden files have everything you need to restore
Backups are just copies of that folder.

Get an SSD. Your RPI will run MUUUUUUCH faster - and the ridiculous MicroSD card issues will disappear. With a MicroSD card, these RPI’s run like frozen molasses.
And make sure your backups are stored off your rpi. Either use a nas or Google drive to store the backups. And test they work.
