BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for 22s! [hass:807]

Since upgrading HA Core to newest version (the older version was about 2 months old, I don’t know exactly sorry). My HA has become unstable, the whole VM freezes at least once per 24 hours, even my hypervisor seems to be effected by that.

Anyone have an Idea what I can do here?

Folks, I’ve reinstalled the server with debian 11 and newest HA version and I get this behaviour again. Something must be wrong withing one of the newer versions. It’s not faulty hardware as I’ve tested everything:
