Does anyone know how to create a button-type card which also shows an entity value, please? For example I have a pH meter button for my swimming pool switchable on/off and also I have a pH value when it’s on - I would like to show the pH value on the same card as the switch… I’ve trawled the internet and can’t find a way.
Trawl your cards instead, the Button card is a button that you can assign your entity to and it will show the value.
I’m probably not going to explain this very well but I’d use a Tile card and select the pH value as the entity, then change the interactions to toggle and select the swimming pool switch. So under Interactions you’d pick Preform action then search for Toggle Switch then select the right entity. In the Content under State content you can configure it a lot of different ways. Hopefully this help.
Thanks but the switch and the value I want to show are different entities.
… thanks, this gets close: I have the pH button and it is showing the value, but I can’t get it to change colour to show the state ![]()
Oh, hmm. I wonder if Bubble Cards would be able to do this. I’m not sure if it can, I’ll desk it out later today.
Thanks! I’ll have a look at those too ![]()
