I am trying to automate holiday lighting for events such as St. Patrick’s Day and Halloween. I came across Calendarific to pull holiday dates, which I could then use to create an automation. However, after spending some time trying to get it to work, I have been unsuccessful, and it seems to no longer be supported.
I have seen the holiday integration within Home Assistant (HA), but it appears to only show public holidays. Unfortunately, Halloween is not included, and St. Patrick’s Day does not display for me as I am pulling UK dates.
Does anyone have suggestions or ideas on the best way to set this up?
