I made the change I mentioned at the time I was running HA 0.53.0.
After the change I updated to HA 0.53.1
I just cheked the content of the file,
All that is in the file init.py located in /srv/homeassistant/lib/python3.5/site-packages/libpyfoscam is:
from libpyfoscam.foscam import FoscamCamera
So the upgrade also changed the file and with the code above my foscam FI9821W is working.
