Camera image "Inactive" change to timestamp of last "Active"?

Hi

I have just installed a D-Link DCS-935L camera and put an image on the HA Dashboard.

In the lower right corner of the image on the dashboard, it says “Inactive”.

The image is updated ever 10 seconds so it is working fine.

I assume the “inactive” refers to no movement in the image, correct?

I would like to have a notice stating the time the last time it was Active, how can I change it to that?
