Camera not streaming after upgrade

I’m not sure is it just me or is it a bug. After upgrade to the latest version, after I click on the camera card, the pop up is empty without the streaming image

There is a known issue that you have to close the popup once and the second time it will show.

My .21 stopped working at some point and required a complete reinstall on my RaspberryPi (ie new img).
Starting all over so to speak. The mjpeg stream is working for me after reinstalling .21.
