Camera - Take Snapshot - unreliable, sometimes returns 1kb file

I have an automation that takes daily snapshots of my cameras.

But for my last camera, “portail”, the snapshot often doesn’t work, and returns a 1kb file:

The automation is the exact same as the other cameras, that always work…

What could be the issue?

Any power saving mode enabled?

WiFi connected camera?

no, all these cameras are POE, connected to a HIKVision NVR.

Can be anything right now.
Port, cable, camera. Any change to cross check?
Any errors in the logs around 14:00?

Are the snapshots in quick succession, and the NVR doesnt quite succeed in sending the last one on time? Maybe a short delay between snapshots, or trigger for 14:05 for that last camera may be part of your problem resolution path?

What integration are you using to take these snapshots?

Any clues in the logs? System as well as integration debug log?

That’s why I added a 2 second delay for the snapshot that doesn’t work.
I will try with a 20 second delay to see if it changes anything…
I did not see anything on the logs
