Can I expect Salus SP600 metering to work with HA + ZHA?

I have the SP600 plug added to my HA via ZHA and HUSBZB-1

I have temperature being reported, but energy reporting is not working. Do I need to do further customisation/editing somewhere? Or won’t this work without other gateways?

I’m facing the same issue with my first SP600 (using zigbee2mtqq/conbee2).
