Can i get Home Assistant to Ask me something on Schedule?

Hey,
I’m wondering if its possible for HA to ping my phone and ask a question (with HA app installed if it helps) so i can take an action, or not, depending on the response.

So say something like. Hey BR, are you working from home today? Yes/No, If yes start automation, if no dont. etc.
