I just created a virtual switch “start drying machine” in SmartThings:
After that, I created this routine:
This virtual switch will appear in HA, and can be used to turn on the dryer (or washing machine).
PS, make sure the “smart control” button on your washer and dryer is on and active, only then you will be able to start/stop it remotely.
