No matter what OS or browser I have tried I cannot see the buttons on the Insteon Add Device dialog. I can see by hovering the mouse there must be two buttons but have no way of know which button is which. Please provide a screenshot of what the dialog is supposed to look like.

I can’t help because I don’t have the Insteon integration installed, but I might be able to suggest a workaround for you until someone replies.
When you hover on one of the buttons, right click & select Inspect. It’ll open up the dev tools with the relevant section highlighted. expand that area and you should find a label or something which indicates what that button is supposed to be named.

Thank you, that does provide me a lot of information but I am unable to pick out a label name or icon name that helps me knnow what each of the two invisible buttons do (I know they are there as I get a “shadow” when hovering over them).
I have captured the html but I’m afraid it may be too much to paste here. If the code would help you to point me in the right direction how should I provide it?

If there’s nothing which indicates what that button refers to in the console, then posting the code here might not help much. Just make sure you expanded that entire section and double check, just in case.

EDIT: @emvigelis might have found the answer for you in the meantime thanks to Google images! The screenshot is from 2022 (missing the x10 option), but the button layout should still be the same.

I am seeing (or not seeing!) this as well. I’m running a HA Green with the latest source code.

This update made my Cancel and OK visible again.
