Can’t Access One Bulb

Hello
I have 10 sofit bulbs – Sengled E12-N1E. These are the type that don’t have a repeater / router built in, so I have some Sonof S31 Lite zb plugs placed in various places on the inside of the house to help with connectivity between the bulbs and the generic Zigbee coordinator which is a USB dongle.
The issue I’m having is that bulb #5 won’t connect to the Zigbee coordinator. I can control all 10 bulbs via one light switch. When I restore power to the bulbs I can then go into each one and turn it off through Home Assistant; all except for bulb #5. Of course, bulb #5 is in a prow, so I’d have to get out the extension ladder and remove the bulb to try and re-configure it to the Zigbee coordinator. I have tried the “Reconfigure” option for the bulb, but it seems like the coordinator can’t communicate with it.
What can I do to try and get this bulb synced up and controllable through Zigbee? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.

Put a router nearby.

I’d swap out that bulb with another that’s not close to it - to try to determine if the location is the problem, or the bulb. Being that it only occurs when there’s a loss of power to the bulb, it’s possible it is faulty. Getting a stronger ZHA signal near the bulb won’t help if the bulb can’t recover from the inevitable power loss on its own. Though, having that bulb a bit handier to access wouldn’t hurt, either [g].

Also - The next time the bulb needs paring, try to pair it with a nearby [near to problem bulb] S31 plug/outlet, instead of letting HA - by default - use the ZHA coordinator to reach that bulb. [see 3-dot menu next to ‘Reconfigure’]

Thanks Bob & Francisp for the advice. I’ve re-paired the bulb next to a sonoff plug / router so hopefully it will stay connect.
