Can’t Connect with Home Assistant Cloud

Hello,

I have an issue with Home Assistant Cloud remote access stuck on “preparing”.

Logs show:
dns_challenge_txt → 400 Bad Request
InstanceApiError

What I tried:

  • logout/login
  • restart host
  • disable/enable remote access
  • tested on 4G (same issue)

Device: Home Assistant Green

It seems the certificate cannot be created.

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Are the network settings OK on the Green?
Check DNS & gateway.
