lights you linked to are Wifi. They do not use zigbee. although zigbee uses the same 2.4ghz frequency they are not the same thing. you would want specifically zigbee lights. If in the end you are going with zigbee I would recommend a different coordinator than the one you linked.
The lights I linked to are Bluetooth(confirmed this locally). They talk to the smart hub which connects to wifi. My question is whether I can use the zigbee hub in the second link and talk to the lights in bluetooth and have control capabilities thru zigbee( sonoff thru HA)
Is full color going green or pink or red considered critical, per your requirement for these lights?
If not, I would consider good qualify dimmable non-smart bulbs, and control all of those with one smart wall switch.
Probably cheaper also.
Or try your search here - I have included the keyword “color”… some does full color, some does adjustable whites for different color temperatures. But you can try other criteria.
the provided link is for a WiFi smart recessed downlight, not Zigbee. I would recommend considering the EzeeLum smart RGBWW downlight, which utilizes Zigbee protocol for connectivity. Additionally, EzeeLum offers a Zigbee hub to control smart lighting fixtures. This could be a great choice for Zigbee enthusiasts
