Can webasto next work with tcp rs485 gateway

hello all

i have some qeustions regarding webasto next load balancing
i installed webasto next charger with the lan kabel connected to the router
and installed a eastron 1 fase meter with modbus that is connected to a waveshare rs485 to tcp lan to my router

when i configurate the waveshare with the same ports as the webasto
it is not connecting see picture
can the devasto communicate directly to the waveshare to get the readings from the kwh meter or does there need to be a communicator in between we reads and sends i to the webasto and waveshare?

i can only find ways to connect the waveshare througt virtuel coms but on my computer and not the devasto that doesnot seem right
do i need to change some settings?

i also read that the webasto is a modbus server but i dont think so because for the dlm it needs to connect to the modbus tcp so it should send the sdm630 register and hopefully the 630 register also works for the 230
hopefully you can give me some insight in how to set this up many thanks

With some thinkering and reading i found out myself
The webasto charger is a tcp server and i needed to give it the ip of the waveshare and port 502 in the dlm settings

And put the waveshare in client mode and set destination port to the charger ip and port 502
With tcp to rs485 convertion on

And for the gateways use ip of the router

Now it is connecting if not just switch the dlm main (direct meter with dlm)setting to something else until it connects

So connecting through router works for me

And the charger ditnot like that the kwh meter was 1 fase got alot of codes not back so need to buy a 3 fase meter

Hopefully this helps people who need to configurate this, i couldnot find alot on the internet
Goodluck
