Cannot access web interface from old ipad 2

I’m having a problem accessing my HA web from an old ipad 2.

It just skips the uname/pw form that my other devices get to, and says (my translation)

"
You’re about to give http://[my hassio lan ip:8123] access to your Home Assistant.

Log in with Home Assistant Local
[Blue next-button]

Clicking it, simply replaces the button with “Error: Something went wrong” in red font.
"

Here’s the log: https://hastebin.com/vemovinuga.sql. Can anyone please help me?

Ciao.

Same to me, try to connect via Safari, also with the app installed, to Home Assistant.

I’ve tried both internal, http to .local:8123, both external, I’ve configured the DNS and SSL connection. Nothing.

The same red error.

I’ve an Error Handling Request:
File “/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/data_entry_flow.py”, line 196, in _async_handle_step
result: Dict = await getattr(flow, method)(user_input)
File “/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/auth/providers/homeassistant.py”, line 287, in async_step_init
user_input[“username”], user_input[“password”]
KeyError: ‘username’

Thanks in advance.
