Cannot connect to HA at all

Hello everyone. All of a sudden my HA seems to have crashed. It no longer appears on my network.

I restarted the Raspberry Pi 4 and it loads to the CLI. However, the IPv4 addresses are different from my local network. The homeassistant.local:8123 url does not work either. It is connectd via Ethernet (end0) so I’m at a loss as what to try next?

I’m running a Ubiquiti Dream machine and the Pi is directly plugged into it via ethernet, but the device does not show up in the list of devices on the UniFi side either?

Please help!

I had the same happen with my RPI4. Apparently the Ethernet adapter in it died. This is the 2nd RPI4 that the Ethernet died on. I replaced it with HA Green.
