Cannot correct spike in statistics

I used the wrong metadata_id for the states table instead of the id for the statistics table

Hello there,
I have a sensor which reported a ridiculously high value in the past which destroyed the statistics.
But trying to find that value seems impossible because in the database i cannot find it. there's no value which is out of scope. Very strange.
Can anyone help me there?

Click /Settings/Developer tools#Statistics
Search for the entity
To the far Right there is a symbol ( If you can edit the entity/Statistic ) ( Thou you need to find the Time where it should be “changed” ( Click date and “Outliers”-”beside the close button”

NOTE: Your pic of your sensor only shows 1 day(actually only 30min), click the date above to the left and EXTEND your datas i.e current month etc. etc. you will find the “Spikes” there if there’s any

This doesn't work for all sensors.
