Cannot delete an integration

There is an integration Gismeteo Weather:

For last time the integration worked very unstable.
After upgrading to 2021.12 this integration just could not be loaded, there were errors in the log:

2021-12-12 03:59:26 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Setup failed for gismeteo: Unable to import component: cannot import name 'HTTP_OK' from 'homeassistant.const' (/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/const.py)

I decided to delete this integration.
Initially it was setup via UI.
Doing this:

and getting nothing - the integration still present, nothing seems to be changed.

Could it be an issue of the integration?
I believe that HA should be able to remove any non-working 3rd party components.

Hey, two steps ahead;

  1. Please inform integration owner on this issue.
  2. "Danger* You can manually remove config entry from .storage/config_entries.json file. This is a bit risky, stay safe
