Cannot get Scripts to show on AppleWatch at all

For years i used the old “IOS Actions” method with Node Red flows to trigger things from my Apple Watch. Then i recently noticed thats no longer going to be supported, so i tried updating this to use Scripts instead.

I loaded the companion app on my Iphone 14 Pro.
Went to Apple Watch Configuration >> Added my few scripts which trigger node red events. The “Watch Image” in that menu clearly shows only my 3 scripts labbeled correctly. But on my Watch none of that is shown, its only a huge list of either scenes or automations, not a single script on the list.

Ive tried

  • Reinstall the companion app
  • Companion App >> Debugging >> reset everything
  • cleared all previous Actions from (Legacy) IOS Actions menu
  • Countless force closes and device hard reboots

No matter what i try to do i cant seem to get the Apple watch to show/display my scripts, and i have no idea why its shows all these scenes and/or automations. The labelling is just gibberish long ID’s.

If i had to guess, the Phoen is not updating the watch. I notice i have “Assistant: disabled” in my companion app settings, but i still see the voice assistantr icon on my watch screen in the top right. Only other icon i have on the watch screen is “refresh” which does nothing.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Home Assistant Core: 2025.10.2
Home Assistant OS: 16.2
Home Assistant Supervisor: 2025.12.3
Companion App: v2025.12.1 (2025.1546)

IPhone 14 Pro on iOS 26.2
Apple Watch Series 10 on WatchOS 26.2

Issue Solved.
For the absolute life of me i cant figure out why it suddenly started working after hours of playing with it. But out of nowhere the scenes left and my scripts suddenly showed up on my watch. Maybe some sort of seriously delayed “push” from the phone, i dont know.
