I have 5 Zigbee Smartwings shades in my home, they’ve been working well for nearly 1 year. I recently applied all the latest HA updates including Z2M, and 1 of the 5 blinds stopped talking to my Zigbee network. After various failed attempts to re-establish communication, I deleted the device from Z2M (careful to not block it from re-joining), and have completely failed to re-pair the device.
I have performed a factory reset on the shade, and I know it goes into pairing mode because I see the red LED glowing. But when I permit joining in Z2M (I’ve tried “all” and also the nearest powered Zigbee smart plug), it never broadcasts.
Any suggestions?
