I would like to migrate my home assistant installation that runs on a dedicated PC to a bigger SSD drive. So I do as I have done previously, I take a backup of my current installation and saves the tar file locally (about 645mb), and install HAOS on the new and bigger SSD. Start it up and at the welcome screen I choose restore from backup, then the issues start.
It takes forever, after 4 hours it is still not finished. I instead create a new “Home” and add the back up file to the backup library. When trying to restore that file, I get the error message "Unknown error: see supervisor). The Supervisor logs are empty, there is nothing to look at.
Here is a screenshot from one of the attempts when I did a full backup with media folder and some junk. Later I have cleaned my installation and the backup file is much smaller.
I have done 10 attempts at least, and I do not know what to do, so I am more than open for suggestions. Or am I just lacking patience, can it take more than 4 hours to complete?
Just want to clarify that I have searced the forum and the actual error message have come up before, but in a different context.
