Can't connect through Home Assistant Cloud. Hang on Initializing step

Hello,

I recently subscribed to Home Assistant Cloud and enabled it locally through a web interface. Everything was working correctly for a while. Now when I open the site I see the “Initializing” prompt only https://v68r450togrqormqicv27m0pj6o7mzuq.ui.nabu.casa/

I still can open HA from home (http://10.0.0.186:8123/)

Any recommendations?

Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

Or does this happen on all devices you try to view it on?

It happens in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and also same behavior in Incognito Mode. So I don’t think it’s cache related issue
